Meet Board & Castor St. Charles Owners
Katie & Mike Ilic
After graduating from the University of Illinois, Katie started her career as loftier school math instructor at Neuqua Valley in Naperville where she also coached the sophomore volleyball team. 8 years later, she left the classroom behind to stay at abode with her daughter when she was built-in. She traded in calculators and lecturing for diapers and sleepless nights!
Mike attended NIU and volition always be a Husky at middle. He was a Senior Manager at Accenture for 18 years before leaving that backside to become a Board & Brush studio possessor. He loves Chicago sports, specially the Cubs, Bears, and the Bulls. He is 100% Croation and was so excited to see the Croatian National soccer team do and then well in the 2018 World Loving cup.
Mike and Katie attended a workshop for their anniversary in 2017 and thoroughly enjoyed their experience. They were immediately hooked and knew that a business similar Lath & Brush would exist perfect for their family. Katie's passion is education and Mike is a DIY junkie. Owning and operating a Board & Brush studio is non merely an heady new hazard, but it as well gives them the flexibility to spend more than time together as a family unit. It hardly feels like working when y'all dearest what yous exercise every mean solar day!
Jessica James
Jessic is the studio manager for the St. Charles studio. Jessica has been working for Mike and Katie Ilic since they outset opened Board and Brush Oswego, and is super excited for the opportunity to bring this amazing business to St. Charles! Jessica is a DIY junkie, and was hooked equally soon as she attended her starting time workshop. Jessica is a Chicago native, married to her all-time friend Matt, raising their four children in Oswego
